Reliability Engineer in Claremont, NH

Our client, a successful, growing manufacturer located in beautiful central New Hampshire, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to influence the product development enhance performance and insure the maintainability and reliability of its products. Work with design teams to analyze and resole any issues from reliability testing and engineering to embed reliability qualifications into product specifications. Develop and implement test plans for complex, highly engineered electro-mechanical products. Design and build appropriate test fixtures, control systems and setups. Perform statistical analysis of product reliability from reliability test results. Operate and maintain temperature / humidity, HALT and thermal stress chambers. Strong project leadership, communication and presentation skills is required. Background with SolidWorks and reliability software is preferred. BS in Engineering and a min of 5yrs reliability engineering background using tools and analysis, with electromechanical products is required. MS is a plus.
